Alor Gajah is a town and
district in Malacca, Malaysia. Alor Gajah is also a parliamentary
constituency of Malacca State. It borders Tampin to the north. This
district has a railway station at Pulau Sebang Town about 10 kilometres
from the town area. It also borders Jasin and
Central Malacca (Melaka Tengah):
Jasin - Alor Gajah district border.
Central Malacca - Alor Gajah district border.
Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah
(MPAG) or Alor Gajah Municipal Council is the local municipal council in
charge of this town.
Alor Gajah is 699.3 km2, which is equivalent to 66,302 hectares.
