Urban Transformation Centre
Kuala Lumpur in Pudu Sentral (UTC Pudu Sentral) is a one-stop centre that brings together multiple government and
statutory agencies under one roof for the convenience of the public.
UTC Kuala Lumpur in Pudu
Sentral is one of the efforts and
initiatives of the Malaysian government to provide urban communities a centralised location for core government agencies, public amenities and
services of private sectors. It is part of the National Blue Ocean
Strategy (NBOS) which was introduced to improve the quality of services
through strategic partnerships between government agencies and the private
sector.
UTC Kuala Lumpur in Pudu Sentral also has a development and youth activities centre, retail space for
local products and services, and space for non-governmental organization
(NGO) activities.
Working hours for UTC is 8.00
am to 10.00 pm daily except public holidays. (Office hours may vary for
individual offices)

The UTC Kuala Lumpur is
located at Pudu Sentral, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, 50550 Kuala Lumpur. It
is the second UTC after UTC Melaka, and was
officiated by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on 22
September 2012.
UTC car park charged minimal
parking fees to discourage people from parking for long durations.
